I painted my palette knife after I came in from doing some plein air (on location) painting south of town. The plein air failed miserably, but I had experimented with using my palette knife for the entire painting...interesting way to practice and learn a few things.

Hi Carey...great blog and nice to see how your work has grown. I really like the palette knife piece and, having seen your work in person, I can imagine the luscious strokes that would be there in real life. Look forward to seeing more as you post them!
