No, I mean *really*...

I was at the store today, buying paper. Paper is in the crayon aisle, did you know that?
An inexplicable urge to take a box home possessed me, and what can you do when that happens? I gave in. I've been coloring in one form or another all day...oddly enough, crayons are easier--and funner--to use than oil pastels are...whoever says they're just for children?
The above image is Mr. Bowling Ball in crayon...(the image above that is an oil painting)...the possibilities are endless...

I got turned off to crayolas after they discontinued a few of the original colors- which happened to be some of my favs, like green-blue and lemon yellow.
Still, there's nothing like the smell of a fresh box of crayons. Except maybe linseed oil...

Lindi--Go get some crayons, it can be a stress-reducer. ;)
Jessica--Ooo. I had to go check out my own box because I didn't know those colors were gone...now they have a...laser lemon? What's that supposed to mean, anyway?
Thanks for the comments! :D
